BOSTON FLASH REVIEWS SITE ON FACEBOOK!

This is a new forum where folks who attend performances in Boston can write a short description of what they saw and felt about the show within 24 hours of seeing the performance. Most dance performances in Boston are not reviewed due to lack of media outlets and lack of space for dance. This is our opportunity to help one another with constructive critic in order to develop our performance and choreographic craft. Please post right away your “flash thought” on events you attend in Boston.

First post:

Since we are in the midst of a hurricane here in NYC I thought I’d post this video of a performance I saw at Judson Church a week ago. This trio was the most compelling work on the evening. I really liked the way the performers worked off one another. Their reactions determined their movements. I really liked that and want to see if I can incorporate it into the piece I am building here.
